Return Eligibility:

• We offer a 3-day hassle-free return only if the received product is different from what was ordered.

• The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Cases:

• We cannot entertain returns due to a change of mind.

• If the product has been used or damaged by the customer.

• No assistance can be provided for manufacturing defects or damages that occur during delivery, as we do not have direct control over quality assurance or logistics.

Return Procedure:

• Provide your order ID and clear photos of the received product.

Refund Process:

• Once approved, you will receive a refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

• We reserve the right to deduct return shipping fees depending on the situation.
